• John Salter, our accomplished Artist Management Coordinator, has an uncanny ability to identify and nurture exceptional talent. His expertise is instrumental in shaping our entertainment division. As an investor and the founder of J. Salt Music Group, Salter has a vision and a plan to execute it perfectly, bringing to light and managing some of the country's hottest talent such as R&B singer Mooski, St. Mark, the hit songwriter Markee, and The BHM Conglomerate's chairman A-1 Thee Assas'n.
• Octavius Miller, our seasoned Lead Business Consultant, brings decades of industry knowledge and a proven track record of success. His strategic guidance is invaluable as we expand our business horizons. Mr. Miller is also the founder of The West Coast Hip-Hop Awards and the owner of Next Level Promotions WCHHA LLC.
• Tiksta, our O.G. Media Coordinator and the host of the hit podcast show "ON EVERYTHANG", shown on the Paperhound TV YouTube channel, also happens to be the founder of Paper Hound Clothing and Paper Hound Entertainment, the first company to roll the dice and sign A-1 Thee Assas'n back in the early 2010's. Tiksta's Paper Hound empire also represented musicians like Chuck Meeze (R.I.P.), Fresh 50 Boyz, Wolf, and producer Big Oh.

And that's only the musician division of his company!! He also directly handles the editing of the journalism division, encompassing nearly all the written material that BHM releases, and as chairman of The Conglomerate his duties are to tend to the needs of the non-musical artist business owners as well such as WAR Inc., Moms The Muscle Custom Accessories, Designs By Amy Inc., JSMG Clothing, and Next Level Promotions. (Did I mention he's also responsible for the clothing department, housing well over a dozen individual companies by itself?!!?) Luckily, with a background that spans multiple industries, his unique perspective has propelled the BHM Conglomerate to the forefront of cultural influence. It was during the completion of his Tales From The Underground mixtape that his talent truly shone, propelling him to the top of the lyricist game.
